Children will be greeted by Santa’s friendly elves, pass through the sparkling ice tunnel, peek in at the busy elves in their workshops before meeting Santa himself in his cosy, log cabin.Share your Christmas wishes, take a festive photo, and receive a special gift from Santa to remember the day! Cancellation Policy
Tickets are non -refundable for grotto bookings, Ticket dates can be amended - please contact us directly to do this. Timings for your start time will be printed on your ticket, please try and arrive within the time given, we will try our best to accommodate arrivals an hour or more over the time, please get in touch with us to let us know if you are running late. If you are a large group more than 30 (including adults) please get in touch with us to book your slot. For safety reasons - all child bookings must include at least one accompanying, paying adult.
